@British_Airways @British_Airways You have also not provided us with a single update in the 24hrs u have lost our luggage. I have elderly parents with me whom have medication in their suitcases. We have had to cancel social events in London due to delays with flight and having no suitcases. 😡

@British_Airways HELP!!! Flight to London via Aberdeen cancelled this morning. Spent 1.5 hrs trying to rearrange 😡 but confirmation email does not cover all passengers! Can’t get thru to u. Can somebody call me asap.

@British_Airways Very disappointed and stressed with @British_Airways. After rescheduling to an indirect flight the following day, u have lost all our luggage and insulted us with a measly £25ea to get essentials in a muggy and wet central London.

@British_Airways Think we are sorted now but no flights to London today is very disappointing. Now having to cancel hotel, theatre plans, dining reservations, etc for a celebration was not how I expected my Sunday morning. Very stressful morning.

@easyJet Edinburgh Airport is a joke - couldn’t get off EZY3276 due to lack of ground staff to get steps. Now after more than 70 mins we r still waiting for our luggage. Welcome home 😡.
