1.) Your feed box is out of food and they're starving
2.) You don't have enough hot springs to restore sanity
3.) There are not enough beds
4.) Your chosen work setting depletes sanity faster than your infrastructure/food can restore it.

@feydemon It probably had its uses before, but now it's literally a "only used while moving" spell. It will be replaced by other options in your kit as you lvl up, like a trait that turns a specific spell into an insta-cast spell. Or triple-cast, which makes your next 3 spells instant.

@ChecoMonoSka @AllbonesJones Middle of the ocean west of Feybreak tower and south of the 65 oil rig. This base is lvl 65. There's a lvl 75 Syndicate base east of Feybreak tower in the middle of the ocean as well. Both have a guaranteed gold treasure map.
