@sweatybetty chat is forever opening tmr 8.15am. Honestly customer service is a joke, fab products but extremely painful to deal with after sale services, slow/no replies on emails, no one to speak to. If I don’t get refund sorted, will go down credit card charge back route.

@ewa_lipinska I have contacted credit card company, if they go burst we can claim it back, but not if they are still operating. I do hope they are genuinely doing business, and honour refund asap they got It back from airline, or we would need to collectively take legal actions!!!
