@noeldjohnson I think it is important to know the fundementals of coding/logic to use llms well. To that I would stay still cover the basics and use some mechanism to make sure they actually learn. Ex print out their homework's code and make them explain it line by line as a quiz
@MeganTStevenson Oh yeah and it just so happened studying horseshoe crab blood was big for medicine purity. Like not every seemingly benign act of science ends up being useful but if you only do "relevant" things you dont get these sort of happy accidents that are big for everyone
