I'm not a big channel by any means but I managed to get 1M+ views from long form content and it's just give yourself a realistic workflow you can stick to, don't overdo content cause sometimes you will spend weeks on a video and it will perform like shit and the most important one is don't check numbers. That's how I lost motivation to keep doing content cause one video blew up and every upload after that felt like a failure.
