I am deeply saddened and disturbed by this incident. Such behavior constitutes unacceptable savagery and is entirely uncalled for. It is particularly reprehensible for an individual to assault a woman who is significantly smaller and physically weaker, and thus unable to defend herself. The perpetrator should face appropriate legal consequences, including imprisonment, and be held fully accountable for his actions.
