My appeal was denied. The Apple Court denied me #dueprocess -- they adopted the other party's false statements (which I explicitly showed to be false?). I'm talking lies about the literal contents of a court order. The order says "A", the Apple Court claims it doesn't. #injustice

@NeverStopDad She denied it. Her order was pathetic. She lied in her orders (a crime in MN). She’s guilty of so many crimes. But she’s above the law. Sorry you have Knight. That you aren’t getting treated fairly by her indicates you’re the honest(er?) one. Knight’s not fit to hold court.

@mnsharedparent1 From HF 4187. It’s not equal, but the language change here codifies the 25% as a child’s right. As a parent that’s been wrongfully removed from my child’s life, I am hopeful this would be a barrier to bad judges wrongfully isolating a child with one parent, especially a bad one.

There should be clear and convincing evidence, to remove a child's equal access and equal time with both of their fit and loving parents!

@Moose_PC Have you researched the laws? I’ve read cases where parents lose rights to their children — so awful. The story in the court opinion makes the parents look so bad, but it never makes sense how the parents can be unfit and uninterested when they’re broke and they’ve appealed…
