Before a man even THINKS about getting married he needs 5 things in place:

1. Be 35 or older
2. Be in shape

4. Have 6-12 months of salary saved

You have to get your heart broken, finessed, and learn through trial and tribulation how to date modern women.

As crazy and counterproductive as this sounds, this is ACTUALLY what women YEARN FOR!

It's the HIGHEST form of demonstrating higher value which will make her respect and submit to you.
