Your support system is off its rocks @RiotSuperCakes. I owned up to my year ban mast year. It was blatant and I did wrong. But...this year. I did absolutely NOTHING to deserve a random one year ban. Did absolutely nothing egregious.

An organization with no true statement of work or standard operations procedure that transparent. Create your own rules, gaslight the individual trying to communicate, and lock the ticket.

You have people whoe legitimately troll. Lie. Then say and do things so you respond. Then they round up the troops in the server to report nothing legit. Then your system throws out an outlandish year. Then the support staff just copy pastes responses.
