@TheEXECUTlONER_ I’m guessing those are older houses that originally had standalone heaters, and the heat/cool pumps are a more recent addition. You’ll often see them on the roof when there’s no central air ducting installed in the house.

Either way, marriage is a contract. The issue is that the state has skewed the terms into a lifelong welfare plan. I’m not sure if the guy owned the home before the marriage, but I suspect he did; otherwise, the courts might have voided the prenup and awarded her half. I think there’s more to this story. P.S. I don’t have a prenup and have been married for 37 years.

I haven’t heard of that. The surgery I had was entirely external, so I’m not sure if that would be a complication—best to ask your doctor. If you’re considering it, I highly recommend the procedure. It cleared up the rosacea on my nose, improved my breathing, and, according to my wife, made me look better. It’s been 15 years since the procedure, and I’ve had no recurrence or issues.
