يجب الاعتراف بفضل أرتيتا على ما قدمه مع أرسنال، لأنه من الواضح أنه كان يعمل وسط بيئة إدارية قادرة على إنهاك أي مدرب

إيدو جاسبار غادر أرسنال إلى نوتينغهام فورست، وخلال أقل من سنة دخل النادي في فوضى إدارية، وتم تغيير 4 مدربين قبل أن تتم إقالته في النهاية
