The same penalty applies to anyone who derives benefit from the proceeds of any goods while he should reasonably suspect that the goods were obtained by means of a criminal offence.

@Clara_bdsvbg @gwangjusangeI I’ve been between 1-4 july and there was trash almost on every street (even in almost centre of the city). The metro in nutshell was very smelly (like piss) which i only encountered in Rotterdam comparing to other big cities in eu. I think Brussels is pretty but has too many cons
