@virginmedia I installed the hub 5 upgrade, now we have no internet. Chatted online but the lady promptly left the chat when I politely told her that I expected the internet that I'm paying for after she had told me to wait until tomorrow to see if it works! I want it fixed now!
Arlington is the most sacred ground in America, where 400,000 of our fallen rest.
And Trump wants to build a 250-foot arch at its gates, taller than the Lincoln Memorial. Don’t take my word for who it’s for. When CBS asked him directly, Trump pointed at himself and said: “Me.”
That’s the whole story. Not the fallen. Not the country. Him.
Those buried at Arlington didn’t give their lives so one man could build a monument to himself at their gates. Congress must not allow it.
BREAKING: HELL NO! Trump announces that he might leave the hideous UFC fight arena erected on the White House lawn permanently despite widespread outrage.
And it gets even worse...
"Many don't know that in Paris, France, the Eiffel Tower, 1889 it was built. It was supposed to be taken down immediately after the World's Fair and then they said: 'Leave it up a little bit longer' and then they said 'Let's leave it up longer and longer and longer,'" Trump said in a video posted to his TikTok.
The difference, of course, is that the Eiffel Tower is a beautiful architectural marvel. The UFC arena is a rancid eyesore.
"Well, they never took it down and, you know, we're building something in front of the White House that's quite attractive to a lot of people," Trump continued. "It's gonna have the big UFC fight on June 14th and I'm looking at it and maybe we'll never, ever take it down."
There is nothing "attractive" about the tacky metallic scaffolding that Trump and his caveman pal Dana White have thrown up outside of the People's House. It's physically ugly, yes, but it's also spiritually ugly because it represents the total debasement of our democracy.
It's a literal manifestation of the "bread and circuses" trope, the idea that Trump and his oligarch buddies can distract the American people with blood sports so that we don't notice that they're robbing us blind, slaughtering women and children overseas, and sexually abusing children on their private islands.
This stomach-churning suggestion is part of Trump's growing obsession with constructing and renovating structures to make up for his failed policy legacy. From the White House ballroom, to the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, to his aborted attempt to rename the Kennedy Center, we see a man desperately scrambling for a legacy. It won't work.
If Trump DOES leave the UFC abomination erected outside the White House, the next Democratic President must demolish it on day one. The same goes for his ballroom and anything else he puts up! We must scour every trace of this man from our nation once he's gone!
Do you support demolishing Trump's vanity projects?
Please ❤️ and share to demand demolition!

“Twenty-five years ago, a story broke in Chiang Mai, Thailand about a Buffalo who ran for her life from a slaughterhouse. Covered in blood and with a deep wound around her neck, she bolted down the motorway, terrified and desperate. Local radio stations warned the public to stay alert ~ calling her “a mad Buffalo,” with some reporters even labeling her a “crazy ghost Buffalo,” claiming she was crashing into cars as she fled.
We rushed to the scene and found her drenched in blood, a bullet having grazed her forehead ~ thankfully, it hadn’t pierced her skull. We fought to save her life, refusing to send her back to the slaughterhouse, even as angry voices demanded compensation for their damaged cars and called for her to be killed.
With help from kind-hearted people, we rescued her.
The very next morning, in her new home, she gave birth to a baby boy. We named her Mae Sroy, after the scar around her neck, and her son Chokdee, meaning “Lucky.”
Since then, Mae Sroy and her son have lived peacefully among the Buffalo herd at Save Elephant Foundation.
Now very old—Buffaloes typically live around 26–27 years ~ Mae Sroy can no longer walk with the herd. Her son has grown up to become the leader, while Mae Sroy has moved closer to our shelter for more attentive care. She now eats only finely ground, soft food, as her teeth have worn down with age.
Then came the recent flood. Though her shelter was on higher ground, a sudden flash flood swept over the barriers, destroying everything ~ including Mae Sroy’s home. She was gone.
We searched everywhere, fearing the worst.
Our hearts were heavy, believing our beloved old buffalo could not have survived the raging waters. But on the third morning, a miracle happened:
We found her ~ lying in the mud where her shelter once stood. She had come home. When she saw us, she called out, and we cried with joy. I ran to her, and she answered with soft, happy grunts, full of life and relief. Mae Sroy had survived once again.
She truly is a Buffalo with nine lives.
This is the story of one life we saved. At our sanctuary, every animal has a name, a story, and a soul. They are not just Buffaloes or Elephants ~ they are living beings with meaning and worth.
Mae Sroy once ran from death to protect the life growing inside her. And now, once again, she has run from death to protect her own. She is a true survivor, and we will care for Grandma Mae Sroy with all our hearts for the rest of her days” ~ Lek Chailert. 🙏

Alex Pretti was murdered four months ago today, here in Minnesota
No one has been arrested for his murder, or the murder of Renee Good
We need to keep their names out there, until their families receive justice
That’s the least we can do
Greg is a 74-year-old terminal cancer patient who was assaulted by police on April 18 because he wanted to save a Ridlgan dog.
I just got off the phone with Greg, and his story is equal parts infuriating and inspiring. He is a grandpa, a dog-lover, and suffering from bladder and bone cancer. He may have only months to live. But when Greg arrived at Ridglan Farms on April 18, his compassion wasn't supported by the authorities. Instead, Dane County police shot bullets at and tear gassed him, as he gasped and struggled to breathe.
This elderly cancer patient was considered a greater threat than the corporation that was criminally abusing defenseless pups.
Greg's story shows that something has gone deeply wrong in our systems. Not only do our "leaders" refuse to protect the vulnerable. They target those like Greg who risk so much to help.
But Greg's story also shows the solution. Greg is struggling with cancer. But when he saw that the government acting with cruelty and lawlessness, he took direct action. And his courage inspired change. Now many of the most influential political figures in America have turned against Ridglan and its vile industry.
We have people like Greg to thank for that.
This is just the beginning. We'll need more brave people, more stories like Greg's, to end the abomination of animal abuse from our civilization. But Greg is setting the standard. Let's follow in footsteps like these and make a world where every animal is safe, happy, and free.
Utterly selfish person 😡😡!
This woman left her Dog locked up for more than 3 hours in the boot of her car while it was 35°C in an underground parking lot.
The Dog was lucky to be alive.
Thankfully police removed the Dog from her.
#DogsDieInHotCars! 🔥
It’s not “cruel” to skip walking your dog in this heatwave… what’s cruel is dragging them round boiling pavements at 2pm because “they need a walk.”
If the pavement burns your feet, it burns their paws. Dogs die from heatstroke every single year because people think “they’ll be alright.”
Early morning. Late evening. Common sense.
Your dog would happily miss one walk rather than end up at the vets fighting for breath. 🐶☀️

And just like that, it’s completely VANISHED from the media.
A sitting congressman, Ted Lieu, said on the record the Epstein files are being blocked because they show Trump raped and threatened to kill children.
