@RogersHelps you know what's ironic? I received a notice on my bill this month that my internet service is going up by $7 and my home phone is going up $2. I'm currently sitting without internet or home phone for the last 2 hours and the estimated resolution is 22 hours from now.
@RogersHelps Let me break it down for you. My billing cycle is on the 2nd of each month, I don't actually see the bill until the 6th via email. My due date is the 23rd, therefore I have 17 days to pay my Rogers bill. Hence I lose a week from previous due dates.

@RogersHelps Yes, I recently spoke to someone about this. This is nothing but Rogers taking care of Rogers. I have essentially lost a week extra to pay my bill, because when I pay any bill through my financial institution that money is from deducted my balance immediately.
@Cozmo23@A_dmg04 could you investigate or discuss the cross play latency issues between Xbox and playstation, they're horrendous. Console players using controller manipulators such as Cronus Max, it's basically cheating. Or if you don't mind a comment on the Flawless pool bug.
