To eliminate the privacy issue, it could easily be a national database that tracks IF a device has been purchased using a specific ID. That database shouldn't include...

When they are convicted, they do on average 1/3 the amount of time for the same crimes/criminal history as men. Women simply aren't held accountable for their behavior.

It's estimated that 50%-60% more crimes are committed by mne than is reported. The same study estimates that 75%-85% of crimes by women go unreported, 90%+ for sa.
