@British_Airways I just did and apparently I had a case but your customer service team felt that £400 was sufficient for the horrific experience that I paid over £3,000 for so they closed the case. Case number 04985172. I have emailed AGAIN to raise the complaint. You are a disgrace of an airline

@British_Airways I spent OVER £3,000 on a long haul Business class flight BUT the seat was broken/didn’t recline so I sat up all night ,the tv screen was broken/taped & inoperable,the “clean” headphones were filthy & the charging port didn’t work AND compensation was £400?!

@British_Airways Mother in Law dies, try to rebook travel as at the funeral the day of travel - 7 phone calls, rude staff, trying to charge for things to profit from this and then removing charges as it’s wrong, quoting different policies,4 complaint emails AND still not sorted👍🏼

@easyJet my mother in law is now no longer fit to fly, has degenerative MS & will NEVER be able to travel again.Yet despite this,supporting documentation from the hospital the best you can do is offer a future travel voucher even though she CANT EVER travel or use it?! #awful

@British_Airways Hi , we are travelling to Spain on Wednesday. Spain does not require any covid tests to travel. We have however been double vaccinated. However, your website states that we need a negative covid test to fly? please can you clarify as soon as possible. Thank you
