A very warm walk up the Malvern hills yesterday found some scattered harebells, Campanula rotundifolia, along with a lovely patch of sowbread, Cyclamen purpurascens. #harebellchallenge #wildflowerhour @BSBIbotany @wildflower_hour

It’s used as a foodplant by >130 insects & ranked 7th most important resident wild plant for pollinators here. Today I’ve been collected seed for my own garden - so excited to see what turns up!😍
