@AutismScotland @IsobelMair I flew from Glasgow recently with my son who has autism. I booked special assistance prior to arriving, but was offered none. The lack of help left my son extremely overwhelmed and struggling with the queues and crowds. No lanyards available either. None left. Sad times 😞
