Saying SF is a “failed city” is hyperbole, but the actual article is spot on. SFers are not suddenly Republican.. we are just pragmatic.
@simongerman600 I think this is outdated. Have lived in France and Greece and travelled extensively in Europe. Most of Europe has dinner between 7:30 (on the early side) until 9:30 (on the last side) vast majority is 8-9. Greece is a little later: sweet spot of 9-10. Spain the latest— after 10

@dunkhippo33 Hmm it was pretty bad/ dramatic for us. In Glen Ellen sonoma we had 7.5” and had to spend 3 hours in rain retrenching the driveway lest it wash out. Then stuck in flooded traffic in Marin on the way to SF (4 hours, usually takes 1hr 30) Saw lots of serious flooding in Mill Valley
