If you get C0VlD in the current wave, just fyi one way to limit your chances of getting long C0VlD is to NOT do any exercise for 6–8 weeks, and keep your heart rate as low as possible. You can get back to the cardio once your body's had more chance to recover. Even if it's "mild"
