@swamparchive@UNslaveD0@Odg1190@Breaking911 She shot him the moment she noticed him because of the "Adrenaline rush + survival instincts" (incompetence), which leads me to believe he couldn't just "walk around", as being near her is a death sentence.

Read my first comment and understand the point.
@swamparchive@UNslaveD0@Odg1190@Breaking911 She won't see anyone while staring at the ground, and everyone towers over her, she's crouching.
Which brings me back to my first point, "spraying at anyone getting close", which is bad.
He was stuck between the cops and the shooter, going towards the cops isnt that nonsensical.
@swamparchive@UNslaveD0@Odg1190@Breaking911 If, DURING A SHOOTOUT, a random civilian...
It was implied.
My point is that being in a shootout does not give you a license to kill everyone around you.
Why would you have access to a gun if you cannot guarantee you wont be a danger to everyone around you when you must use it?
@thekerukeion@BasilTheGreat If a random civilian with a gun started spraying at anyone getting close to him, people would (rightly) call him crazy and use that against gun ownership.
Actually unbelievable you are trying to justify a similar reaction from an OFFICER TRAINED SPECIFICALLY for these situations.
