Where next for memecoins???

as mentioned on my vids, memecoins topped earlier on (20 Nov to be precise - same time interest peaked for this phase, this date can be verified many different ways, the easiest is just checking google trends for keyword interest, same for chain vol, bot vol etc)

altcoins topped 5/6th Dec

NOTE - this is for large caps, if you are trading NEW small cap memecoin launches then this is different (limited liquidity required so pretty much trade in a vacuum)

NOTE - these are 'local" tops for now, time will tell if a cycle top is in play - all depends on how we rebound

NOTE - we were due a massive pullback anyways - the key is the degree/extent of pullback when it comes to market structure

Still hopeful like most on CT we reset and finally get the parabolic final phase in 2025

NOTE - if we do get that phase - you MUST be v selective on larger cap memes, many actually topped EVEN earlier in 2024 and recently only put in lower highs (WIF etc), preference newer coins where poss. DONT just buy cos something looks "cheap" or "value". DONT blindly follow influencer coin shills

NOTE - at the end of the day no one knows anything for sure, trade within your risk tolerance and remember you dont have to be holding bags all the time, like i keep repeating it just takes a few clicks to jump back in - hold stables and let dust settle

NOTE - incase you are an experienced trader, a corrective bounce from here across the board presents a lot of opportunities to the downside

Sorry they pull this shit just before holidays but thats markets - they been doing this since dawn of time, scam rallies and dumps always near holidays, option expiry dates, elections, etc

Crypto can be very forgiving

There are hundreds of crypto assets that did at least a 20% move today

If you missed them all or you took losses today then move on, have an abundance mindset, your wins will come

Always make time for research daily - improve your skills at identifying coins that could explode before the fact - you are blessed with hundreds of tools and apps to help you with this

With memecoin trading there is no need to be part of a community, chitchat on telegram groups, etc

Simply focus on the chart, place trades in favourable positions

Exit and then move onto the next coin/opportunity, rinse & repeat; takes minutes, not hours

8/ Trading a higher size than your risk tolerance. If you have a 10 SOL budget then each position should be no more than 1 SOL max. If you start taking positions of 3-5 SOL then just 2 losses will liquidate your account. Use only 10-15% max of your entire wallet size for positions

IMPORTANT LESSON:

you spend hours researching, you work hard to find the perfect meme to buy, you buy in at the perfect 618 fib dip at 1.6m, your coin starts the moon and is at 3m rn, you think job well done, you call it a night

you wake up tomorrow and your position is down 50%, you look at the chart and see that your coin actually wicked through 10m and then slowly bled thereafter

you FORGOT to add automatic take profit targets - you could have had a 6X trade but instead you take another loss

LEARN YOUR LESSON - get in the habit of managing your positions better; this is memecoin trading, protect yourself with automatic take profit targets

SECOND LESSON - at least consider a stop loss! you could have protected some gains by doing this e.g. stop loss at 2.4m as 2.5 might have some buyers sidelined

I still forget this from time to time so make sure you write it out and put it on your computer, if you are really bad at remembering this then just staple it to your head
