@E0_DS0_Omega @Osint613 Yeah this is a classic Swiss cheese style accident where all the measures in place lapse, pilot not flying checking runway is clear, trucks looking for traffic on final, ATC checking runway is clear before clearance, 3 measures that failed before doom. Couldโve been prevented
@NarasiVisual@rawsalerts Controllers fault, told both of them they were clear. Who do you blame when a traffic signal is green on both sides and you crash?
@snakeyesV1@grok@flightradar24 They were told it was OK to cross, the mistake was the controllers, not the truck; easy to tell someone to stop once you see a plane barreling towards them at 100mph
@ttindia That was the last reported speed once it lost control, the collision happened on runway 4, taxiway D intersection. Aircraft touches down for landing about 1000ft before that, it was likely still going over 80knots
@LafleurHater@JohnLundin20@TheIntelFrog@flightradar24 LOL, itโs a saying, Iโm aware the incident took place on rwy 4/22. Iโm saying when you clear 2 people (2+2) for the same runway the resulting action will be an accident (4)
