@her0nym0us@BillAckman Ticket transfer / resale is required by NY law. USTA can perhaps disable resale on Ticketmaster but has no control over Stubhub and other third parties.
@Ticket_Help2022@saumil I value privacy and of course would prefer Apple / Google's digital ID which does not send biometric data to 3rd party over Persona, but this is not available in every states. Dumping on Ticketmaster for not having a magic wand to weed out bot is bad-faith criticism.
@Ticket_Help2022@saumil Genuinely what do you think is the solution to bots without identity verification? Bots can imitate everything a real ticket buyer does, so blocking every bot-like activities ends up blocking many real buyers.
@sdw If there is an unused wheelchair space in the theater you can book it close to showtime and ask an employee for a folding chair. It wasnβt the most comfortable but I got a good viewing angle in the opening weekend at AMC Lincoln Square in NYC thanks to it!
@mweinbach Apple is currently arguing that only iOS will fall under the DMA and everything announced today might not applies to other OSes. They will probably wait for a decision from the EU on this case before launching Vision Pro in Europe.
@matthewstoller Rocket Money, it have a beautiful design and many financial insight features. Used to be Truebill before they were bought by Rocket Mortgage. Hopefully they will not go away anytime soon cause I love the app!
@mitskileaks I see fans on reddit struggling to justify the price they paid for platinum tickets not knowing that it was dynamic pricing. Other canβt sell the platinum tickets they accidentally bought because the price they paid is much higher than reselling websites.
@mitskileaks What about all the official platinum tickets that are sold by Ticketmaster for 3X the presale price? I love you and the care you have for your fans but I find it hard to swallow that the tour has dynamic pricing enabled.
