@AmericanAir - Just landed on American Flight 679 (4/26). While I fly American all the time this flight was truly made very enjoyable by the absolute kind and great service by the first class flight attended Brad. Congrats to him and his 30 years with the airline. Recognize him!

What is the policy for reposes on delayed bag reimbursement request. Bag was delayed for 24+ hours and had to buy mandatory living supplies (no toiletries/ basic essentials provided) & clothes. Filed claim with American and no response or confirmation at all? @AmericanAir
