@etihad Is new booking allowed for business class for 29th March. I booked a ticked, but is is showing ticket wasn’t confirmed but card is charged. Can you please confirm if this will move to confirm ticket or charge will reverse if not confirmed. Need to plan based on it.

Same flight i had my other family members booked through different agent have received refund. Also see innumerable complaints against only on X
