@gold_and_water Sg is so small. Of course the land will be expensive. Which translate to higher rent. You will be surprise the return you can get from investing in sg properties.

@babyfolio Wow. That was this young investor, think was in Singapore. He is convinced that nvidia is going to moon. Then he ask his family, borrow money and play margin on the stock. He's all in into it. Then the stock tank. And he was margin called. Lose all the money and was in huge debt.
