I’ve just purchased my first property through my real estate company. The plan is to completely renovate the property and create two rental units. My goal is to keep the costs as low as possible by buying second-hand materials and equipment wherever I can.

The property is located about an hour’s drive from where I live, but since I got it at such a low price, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity. The purchase price was NOK 1,075,000, while the market estimate was NOK 1,550,000.

I’m a bit uncertain about the rental market in the area, as there are no listings on https://t.co/Xz31fQHA3l, which is the most commonly used site for rentals in Norway. However, I’ve heard from several sources that the municipality is in need of housing for Ukrainian refugees placed in the area.

All the work will be done during the daytime in my free periods since I work offshore on a 2-4 rotation. Afternoons and evenings will be reserved for family and work on my own home.

My long-term goal is to scale this into as many rental properties as possible.
I’d like to share this journey with you, and I hope to receive great tips and ideas from you while also sharing my own experiences along the way.

Life in Europe right now:

You work 40+ hours a week and pay 50% of your money to the government.

The 50% of the money you sent to the government gets spent on housing “migrants” in hotels in your community.

The migrants hate your traditions, hate you even though you welcomed them in and refuse to work or contribute to the community in any way.

You lose all quality of life because you have no money and can’t make any money due to government policies.

You have no “third spaces” any longer because the migrants raise such hell all the time all the nice places closed down or have become limited.

Eventually, migrants rape your daughter because they have no sense of impulse control and face no consequences.

If your daughter fights back, she is the one who is prosecuted for defending herself since self-defense is illegal.

And if you speak out against any of this, you’re arrested for hate speech.

And if any political parties who speak out against it get close to political power, the rest of the parties form a coalition to block them from having any power so nothing changes.

This isn’t the way any civilized society should treat their citizens.

Something seriously has to change soon.

•And even they admit: Europeans will be a minority in Europe within 25 to 75 years.

Call it what it is… it is in fact a REPLACEMENT.
