@Enys_Avalow Oliver sat in thought for a while. He fiddled with the ends of the blanket and tried to think about his next move. He stood up after some time.
“Thank you for talking with me…I should probably get out of your hair. Perhaps the next time, you can meet your great grandchildren~”
Was it wrong for him to want answers? Of course not. So he sought them in the one place he knew he could get them. So far since she had arrived, things had been corrected, his mother had be put in her place, and Ieuan has be scarcer that ever.
@Enys_Avalow Oliver slowly sipped at the tea his hands. He wasn’t ready for that conversation. He wasn’t ready to confront his mother but at the same time, it needed to be done.
@Enys_Avalow “I don’t know where to start…maybe invite them to dinner or something? I’d have to see how Ainle feels about that…
I need to talk to my mother first before I do anything. I have a lot to get off my chest..”
@Enys_Avalow “This is the very thing that sets us so far apart from each other…I don’t expect to have a loving relationship with everyone. But anything would be better than what it is now…and im tired of the envious hatred directed towards me.”
@Enys_Avalow “He did what..? When did that happen?” Oliver looked to be in a state of shock. Ieuan practically worshiped the ground Imogen walked upon! “What on earth did she do to make him do something so..drastic?”
@Enys_Avalow “Did he really think he was menacing as a mere puppy?”
As amused as Oliver was about his older brother being taught a lesson for once, he had to remember the reason he was here in the first place.
“I’m sure mother didn’t like that though..”
@Enys_Avalow “I bet Owen would get a kick out of-…wait. I did see Owen with a puppy! That was Ieuan?!”
The redhead was highly amused. Ieuan crossed to wrong person it seemed.
“Oh butterscotch, that’s funny~”
@Enys_Avalow “Ieuan…turned into a puppy?” He didn’t believe that at first, but he did remember the lack of seeing his brother around at owens house.
He laughed out loud. What a hilarious notion
@Enys_Avalow Oliver immediately shook his head. He was /not/ doing that again. “Unless you have a grand idea to get him there, I’m not getting involved. I tried to imprison him before and it did not end well for me or the orderlies..”
@Enys_Avalow “But, they’re powerful too in their own rights. Some of them has even managed Mother’s dark magic. I personally don’t like it…but I’m not very powerful. If anything I’ve just caused nothing but trouble and still have until recently…” —
@Enys_Avalow Oliver eyed Aoife. Was he supposed to be that child? Sure he was England, but…
“By powerful you meant nation wise yes? I am by no means powerful..“
@Enys_Avalow Oliver looked Aoife as if she had read him like a book. He knew he had made the right decisions by coming here. He nodded.
“Alright then.”
@Enys_Avalow Oliver pulled the blanket around him and held the cup of tea in his hands. He stared down at it for a moment. That was a good question.
“I don’t know, but not much is known. I just…I care about our mother a lot. I love her and I hate her. I don’t want to feel that way…”
@Enys_Avalow Oliver bit his lip a little bit nodded. “I don’t think she’ll tell me everything…but I know you will.”
He sat down for the time being. Maybe it was for the best.
