@Kennydoesbio Alan Watt from NodThera here. Dapansutrile doesn’t inhibit NLRP3. We’ve looked hard and it doesn’t, despite the claims. The other clinical NLRP3 compounds do not get into the brain. Reversal of hypothalamic inflammation is the key.
