If bitcoin grows 10x or 100x, is there much evidence to say that all of the growth in mining will come from renewable sources? Even if 80-90% is renewable, that comes at a real cost. As the price goes up, it is harder to be selective about energy sources
@ne0liberal Sure, talented people aren't coming because there is nothing to change. The unique aspects are that programmable money allows for new financial instruments with very little cost, and token structures can help align incentives between users/businesses/investors
