June 22 🐺 announcement → controversy + negative sentiment escalate → Shanghai Bureau + relevant departments intervene → Inflop is formally called in for talks → told to take player sentiment seriously → told to strictly comply with laws & regulations → told to strengthen content review → told to uphold correct values + cultural boundaries → June 29/30: 🐺 release AND development cancelled → Bureau says it will continue monitoring LADS

This wasn't just Inflop waking up one morning and changing its mind. A Shanghai government regulator confirms it intervened while the controversy was escalating, formally called Inflop in, and laid out requirements for how it operates the game.
