Next time you want to make an “announcement”, be at least clearer on who qualifies rather than potentially giving false hope to thousands of immigrants. This order should have been put in effect since 2021.

This “announcement” just gave hope to tens of thousands of immigrants who are have been told they are permanently barred. This announcement needed to be clearer about the process and eligibility requirements.

I get the idea, however, it is unfair to those who are years into the waiver process and those who already departed the country to begin their 10 year punishment. Those immigrants will receive no compensation for time lost and having been separated from their families.
