Agent 跨仓库改代码，麻烦的往往是改完之后。

昨天在 dax 帖下问了跨仓库修改的问题，大家分享了不少配置方式：把几个仓库放进同一个工作目录，配好访问权限，再在 AGENTS.md 等说明文件里写清路径和依赖关系。

但一个需求拆成几个 PR，谁先合？各自 CI 都绿了，放在一起能不能跑？一个已经合了，另一个卡住了怎么办？

这些问题，光让 Agent 能访问几个仓库解决不了。

这也是我仍然看重 monorepo 的原因：相关改动可以放在同一个 PR 里审查、一起合并。发布和回滚还是要设计，但少了跨仓库协调合并的那层麻烦。

@thdxr I’m curious how you handle cross-repo changes now. That always felt like the biggest advantage of monorepos for agents. One codebase, one PR.

@Cinzzya @thdxr That's a neat setup. Sounds like finding and editing code across repos is mostly a solved problem now. I'm still thinking about the coordination side though — multiple PRs, CI, and keeping releases in sync.

@GHchangelog I like the move to server-side tracking. I’m more curious about client attribution though. When agents run through SDKs or wrappers, do they still get counted under the right client?

接多个 IM 时，我会把审批判断放在一起，各平台分别处理自己的协议、卡片和交互。以后再加个平台，就不用把权限和状态检查重新写一遍。

但具体支持哪些操作，还是得挨个平台看。比如普通消息的来源只能靠固定 token 校验，那我就不开回复「同意」的入口，审批继续走卡片按钮。

用户真回了一句「同意」，也不能直接忽略。得解释一下为什么这里批不了，再引导他去卡片上点。不然人家还以为已经批完，在等 Agent 继续干活。

Agent 踩坑记 #7（完）

给 Agent 接 IM 审批，有个挺别扭的地方：后端没处理成功，用户那边却可能已经弹了个「成功」。

我这边的处理是，回调里只做校验和入队，入队成功再回确认，具体执行放到后面。各平台的重推规则还不一样，有的只补推一次，不能全指望平台兜底。

后面真处理失败了，卡片上也得有反馈。比如按钮先别收起来，别让人以为已经批完了。

真正执行前，还得回服务端查一遍：
1、是发起人本人点的吗？
2、这张卡片对应的，还是当前等审批的那次调用吗？
3、是不是已经处理过了？
4、这个企业现在还绑在这个空间里吗？

尤其是最后一条，发卡片时还绑着，用户点的时候可能已经解绑了。

验过回调，只能说明请求来源没问题。点的人能不能批、现在还能不能批，这些还是得自己查。

这是 GitLab DA 团队给的示例 skill，官方也说了要按自己的环境改过再用。顺带一提，GitLab 自己不受 PHP2Shell 影响。

GitLab 昨天分享了一个排查 PHP2Shell 的 agent skill，挺有意思。

它会去翻镜像、CI 配置、系统包、Composer 版本和部署环境，最后给一张带出处的表：哪些项目受影响，证据在哪，还有哪些地方它看不到、得人去确认。

全程只读，不改任何东西。修复另外走 MR，部署后确认再关单。

我觉得这个分工挺实用。agent 先把排查这种又散又累的活干了，改代码这步还是留给人把关。一次漏洞通告，就有了具体的处理流程。

而且它就是一个 SKILL.md，GitLab 自家的 Duo 能跑，Claude Code、Codex、Cursor 也能跑。
