@chubberoo @British_Airways They are under financial pressures because they treat loyal customers badly. Take money twice, cancel without change in rules and don’t refund, impossible to reach! Just awful!

#BritishAirways complaints about the lack of business. I complain about bad treatment as customer! Endless problems and cancellations! Cancelling a flight (the last 3 available seats!) with no change in circumstances, in parallel a sale email to encourage booking! No refund! 😡

@jlandpcustserv we have raised a case by mail because of a damaged delivery. We can’t get through via the phone and do not get any reaction. We are currently very disappointed with our shopping and customer service experience. Can you please help?!
