@HMRCcustomers I’ve rang and been told they will call me back. They haven’t. I’ve complained... heard nothing. If I owed you money you would be taking me to court by now.... but it’s fine for you to make me wait a month and mess me around

@HMRCcustomers Yes so I got the security questions wrong, rang them they said can take 7 days. Thing is I now have 2 outstanding nursery bills I’ll have late fees on top of this. I need my account unblocked and I need my account confirmed that I am eligible for tax free childcare it’s a joke

@JDhelpteam 3 times, as one shoe was not the right size. The person serving was unhelpful and another member of staff very rude

@JDhelpteam No apology for the fact they had messed up the size and put the wrong shoe in the box. Just handed me the shoe and walked off
