First do the division:

= 4*1 + 1 - 5

Next do multiplication:
(4 * 1) + 1 - 4
= 4 + 1 - 4

Next do the addition:
(4+1) - 4
= 5 - 4

Finally, do the subtraction:
5 - 4
= 1
