A healthy discord is when your community sentiment is net negative.

Recently, we've launched an in-depth version of Discord analytics. One thing that stands out is that the more established a server (tied to a product), the more negative sentiments overall.

The reason is very simple: there are a lot more people who will go to your Discord to complain about issues and tell you about the problems they are facing than people who will join your Discord just to say that you did a good job.

The other exception is (a) when you just launched a major feature, and people love it (very transient, usually the positive sentiment is gone in one day). (b) When you have no product public yet, and you are doing a giveaway.
