Tanstack-db could be a good option for realtime sync.

@g2sans @tannerlinsley Our web application uses a data grid with CRUD operations, and mutations occur infrequently; however, when other users modify data, we need a standard approach in TanStack Start to push server-side changes to affected users so they can invalidate queries.
