⚠️ BREAKING NEWS: The US Navy has reportedly been forced to divert money from personnel payroll accounts to help cover the soaring costs of military operations against Iran.

The irony is incredible.

The president of the US recently mocked Iran by claiming Tehran couldn’t afford to pay its own soldiers.

Now America’s military is reportedly moving around payroll money to keep its own war funded.

“Maximum pressure” is getting expensive for Washington too.

It is an independent NewPipe fork. No Google account. No Play Services.

How it works, simply:
🔹 Install it from GitHub, or from F-Droid with the IzzyOnDroid repo
🔹 Watch YouTube, PeerTube, SoundCloud and others without signing in
🔹 Playlists, subscriptions, downloads and history stay on the phone
🔹 You can keep official NewPipe installed next to it

What 1.11.2 actually changes:
🔹 Fullscreen stays edge-to-edge, with controls clear of status bars, nav bars and cutouts
🔹 Long titles, channel names and audio-track labels no longer get clipped
🔹 Queue changes reset video geometry; cached previews work again, including rotated video

One caveat:
This is a player and layout fix, not a new app.
YouTube can still break extraction, same family of problem as NewPipe.
IzzyOnDroid is a third-party F-Droid repo, not the default F-Droid catalogue.

Pixel 11: the GrapheneOS port is only partial.
MTE, the memory protection the OS uses across the system, is not available.

Without it, a Pixel 8, 9, or 10 remains a better GrapheneOS device.
The project advises against buying a 11 for that use.
