@RomanAtwood Better! It’s when you really start to see life a different way but it’s tough you have to go thru it to get through and then it’s just bliss
I’m in love with this sentence:
“The degree to which a person can grow is directly proportional to the amount of truth he can accept about himself without running away.”
FAMILY DOCTOR REVEALS SHOCKING TRUTH AFTER 33 YEARS:
Sugar:
If everyone cut out sugar for just 30 days, about 80% of all complaints would disappear like magic
Vitamin D:
If everyone took 1000 1.U. of Vitamin D per 11 kg (25 lbs) of body weight, I'd barely have any patients left in my practice.
Omega-3:
If everyone got enough Omega-3 daily, we'd see half as many inflammations in the body.
Magnesium:
If people regularly took magnesium bisglycinate, migraines would almost be a thing of the past.
Gut Health:
If everyone rebuilt their gut health systematically, I'd probably have to sell my suv.
This might sound crazy but I think these phones are doing more than just listening 🥴 I’ve been by myself all day so I haven’t been talking out loud, but while I was driving I randomly thought about a friend that I hadn’t talked to in months and their on posts werent on my tl either. I dont follow them on social media but they are an influencer and used to pop up on my feed all the time. Just a fleeting thought, literally a few seconds. But when I just opened TikTok for the first time today, guess who was THE FIRST thing on my fyp 😳😳 that’s not the first time something like that has happened either!
Be the one who reaches out. Text first. Call first. Plan first. Initialize first. Most people wait to be chosen. Be the chooser. Connection requires initiative. Friendship requires effort. Love requires action. Stop waiting to be picked. Start picking. Initiative is attractive.
Your best performances will come when you are working in a way that is a full expression of you. The work becomes a natural display of your personality. This is when you not only get better results, but also love the activity — because in doing the craft, you feel alive.
We are overstimulated and we don't even notice. Netflix while eating. Reels in the bathroom. Music while cooking. Podcasts on walks. We consume by default, not by intention. You keep filling every gap, then wonder why you feel foggy and unmotivated.
Boredom and silence are the real growth drivers. They give you space to think and create. That's when solutions show up for problems that have been stuck for months. Leave some room.
