@AirCanada you need to fix this. Charging someone $800 that wasn’t authorized isn’t acceptable. I need a response.

@AirCanada you’ve acknowledged an error with the online transaction not using the eCoupon correctly. But that doesn’t mean you can charge our visa more than what was authorized - fix this!

Trying this again - @AirCanada still waiting for a response… you’ve acknowledged that there was an error in the booking system, so it charged my visa instead of honouring the eCoupon, but won’t make it right by reversing the charges. This needs attention!!

@AirCanada Your online ticket purchasing platform showed that it accepted an eCoupon but then we were charged the full amount on our credit card. Your customer service department knows this is an issue, but yet won’t fix it? Nor will the honour the eCoupon?? Make this right! 😡
