@AdamKinzinger I don't remember Ukraine having much in the way of large aircraft that the US is using to launch munitions into Iran. So it is quite unlikely that Biden was sending those types of munitions to Ukraine.

They might have enough spare manufacturing capacity to make nets, but I doubt that they have enough spare capacity to make the structures to support the nets.

@Tendar Since Russia has been unable to stop the drone attacks on their facilities in Russia & Crimea, their repair crews are in a losing battle.

Even if they are able to quickly return a damaged facility to service, there is nothing stopping Ukraine from hitting it again.

If they are being used for Long Haul, then that is inefficient and suggests that Russia is running out of trucks for transport.
