Have you ever prayed for something, only for things to go completely differently?

I have.

At first, I thought I was being delayed.

Then, with time, I started seeing how some of those “delays” were actually God redirecting me.

It taught me something:

Not every closed door is rejection.

Sometimes God is protecting you from something you don't have the capacity to see yet.

So these days, when things don't go according to my plan, I try not to panic.

I pray.

It's hard sometimes. I cry. 😭

But I'd rather be “late” in my own thinking and be on time on God's calendar than skip the process.
