I ordered a Realme Narzo 70X on Dec 28 (delivery date: Dec 29). The order was marked as delivered, but I never received it. Despite repeated follow-ups, Amazon has refused to provide a refund or replacement. Here's what happened. @AmazonHelp@amazonIN (1/)
@AmazonHelp@amazonIN On Dec 29, I received an OTP meant to be shared only after receiving the product. I missed the delivery agent's call, and the order was marked delivered just 2 minutes later. I didn’t receive the PIN required to contact the delivery agent. (2/)
@AmazonHelp@amazonIN I immediately contacted Customer Service, who assured me they’d check with the delivery agent and deliver the product in 24 hours. When I followed up, they claimed to have started an investigation and asked me to wait until Jan 4 for a resolution. (3/)
@AmazonHelp@amazonIN Today, Jan 4, I was informed the investigation concluded that the order was delivered. They refused to provide a refund or replacement and had no explanation for the discrepancy. Customer Service refused to assist further. (4/)
@AmazonHelp@amazonIN As a Prime customer for 3 years, I expected better service. If I never received the product, does Amazon think I’m lying? This is a serious issue, and I demand immediate action. Evidence attached. Fix this. @AmazonHelp
I’ve shared all the details and evidence regarding this issue. I expect Amazon to take this matter seriously and provide a refund or replacement promptly. Ignoring such cases damages customer trust. Please address this immediately. @AmazonHelp (6/)
New update : After repeated calls to customer service @AmazonHelp@amazonIN , they claimed some "secure packages" can be delivered without OTP—mine included. How is this allowed? OTP is meant to ensure secure delivery. Delivering without it completely defeats the purpose.
