I wonder how many people are ready to move from “X country/nation first” to “humans of planet Earth first” or even “consciousness first” movement? Truly grass roots and truly global.

Making it not about left or right but moving up as a global civilization with 12k+ years of collective history.

What frustrates me is the choices given to people to vote across the globe divert only along one axis and only inside nation-states paradigm. Mostly trending towards more divide and less freedom for all.

The technology has evolved faster than our political systems and faster than we can comprehend the real power in our hands. We must act before it is fully controlled and used to further deepen the divide.

We came a long way and I do believe we can transcend borders, understand each other and work on complex projects that optimize for the benefit of humanity as a whole and not a single territory/group.

some notes on flow states

Entering flow state to me feels sometimes like reality around is bending similar to travel at interstellar speeds.

The time keeps going but it’s perception is changed and a lot of things are simply filtered out.

Keeping the same depth of perception without discriminating some things in physical reality feels the most challenging.

Sometimes it is impossible to enter the flow state but usually the way in is not to try harder but do nothing or switch context. When it comes up you almost can feel it physically and than just go with it where it takes you.

Once in I do my best to embrace it. Sometimes it is deep to the extend I loose track of days. But usually it is centered around a theme interlinking multiple ideas where previous connections where unclear.

One the flow state is exosted I don’t try to push myself aggressively to stay in it but rather create some space to recharge. Once recovered it comes back naturally same as sleep.

Any action in a flow state feels lightweight and almost like you don’t apply any effort to do it. The only effort you are applying is staying focused if any distractions come up.

It also feels like you are getting extra dopamine for completing anything in flow state rather when forcing yourself to do something.
