The biggest problem is this ban isn't going to stop all children, and there's probably many other things that this ban doesn't cover which can do just as much dmg to a child's development, yet parents are going to wait for the gov to introduce bans instead of parenting

@cardiffcouncil I keep reporting it, but nothing ever gets resolved. Black bags keep going out, and bin men ignore them. Either tell them to just pick them or up fine the people doing it this is the state you have chosen to leave Splott in.
