🚨What Just Happened?!
The #cryptomarket experienced a massive liquidation event over the weekend, wiping out key support levels across the board. #XRP was no exception, it broke through all local supports- It instead dove straight into an extended Wave 3 down, reaching $1.77. 🫠This level holds major significance, it aligns with the 2.168 and, more importantly, represents the 0.5 retracement of the entire move from the $0.50 breakout.

What This Means & What’s Next
Markets rarely end on massive wave 3s—these moves are high-volume, high-momentum, typically followed by a final low (Wave 5) or a double bottom to fully exhaust sellers. With this extreme drop, it’s unclear whether we’ll need that last flush lower or if the market already found its bottom at $1.77.

Right now, $XRP is in a Wave 4 recovery bounce, testing key resistances:
0.5 retracement – $2.49
0.618 retracement – $2.67

📉Breaking above $2.67 would invalidate the need for another low and signal that the bottom is in. However, if Wave 4 tops out at these retracement levels and fails to break through resistance, we should prepare for another wave down to the .618 retracement at $1.53.

✍️Moves like this need to remind us that the market is heavily driven by algorithms and bots. They search for liquidity and trigger liquidations by pushing price to areas where the most orders are resting. This weekend’s drop was a perfect example of that, bots were able to force price through critical levels, causing cascading liquidations that intensified the sell-off. They know exactly where exhaustion points are and how much capital is needed to trigger major events like this.

The Next Move Will Be Explosive 🚀
Once the market confirms its low (whether it’s already in or after one more drop), the next move should be far more aggressive to the upside. This time, I do not expect XRP to stall at previous all-time highs ($3.58 - $3.80)—instead, I believe we’ll see a major breakout with much less resistance as we move into new ATHs.

Stay focused on these key levels, and be prepared for an explosive move when this correction completes.
