@BoxerDarren@XRP_Norway I can understand the healthy dose of scepticism but it is legit. The tipping portion of the validator stats was developed along with @EDadoun and @codetsunami cheers 🍻
@rramentoll@ZIGXRP Thank you for diving into the xrplapps site, I’m honoured you considered it worthy of doing an article. Wish you a Merry Christmas and all the best! 🥂
@EDadoun @codetsunami @WietseWind@nbougalis@alloynetworks@rippleitinNZ@html5cat@justmoon Metrics are needed to use incentives that reward performance over presences. More than just RAM/CPU, but agreement scores, timely version updates, and other validator-centric KPIs. They would likely need to “opt-in” as some kind of monitoring agent would need to be installed.
@rippleitinNZ It is currently using the Ripple API until such time I can host a node at the service provider. To help explain, I’ve also described the calculations here:

@XrpCenter@Ripple This should not be a surprise or taken negatively. Each country is a silo with local fiat and very efficient with local rails. Makes no sense to use $XRP for USD->XRP->USD settlement. No border = no friction. Only when a different fiat(or asset) is on the end does it make sense.
