@dark_horse Seems strange! A wallet accepting NFT offers(page7), recieving xSpectar tokens from several xSpectar named wallets etc.

xslock tokens was released quite some time ago as well.

If its xslock wallet then its managed very irresponsibly mixing several types of transactions.

I’m feeling invigorated this morning and my mind is working much better after the 2 hr call with @xspectDS and facing his manipulation full force.

I have another REALLY important question: Why is he cutting the salaries of his team by 30% and paying them in tokens, which they then have to dump to gain full value of their salaries if he is interested at all in keeping the value for the community? He implemented pay cuts while flying business class/first class all over the world and staying in 5 star hotels and eating in Michelin star restaurants. He told me his income comes from 3 tiny properties in Puglia, Italy to finance this and that was his only income. Yeah, I don’t think so. I know what they are worth, they are under MONIC s.a.r.l., the company I loaned the money to.

What do you want the priorities of your CEO to be? Protect the company or pump his image? Do you want to give money to a project with over 1.3 million of (known) debt with no repayment in sight? Who took loans under false pretenses?

Ok, let’s chat about this Dirk Horse character. I invited him on spaces so we can openly discuss his accusations against me and he turned me down flat. He has instead chosen to write a lengthy dissertation of lies that continue to ignore what I have posted in my threads as well as said in the spaces call which he says he recorded. He has given much advice, I advise him to confront me in soaces and stop being a horse’s ass with disinformation to get engagement. I am going through point by point and this will be the last time until he agrees to openly debate me.

I did give loans, there are three contracts, two are convertible notes, one is a standard loan. They are all in default. My original investment of 256K was also promised to be converted to a loan, but contract was never given.

@xspectDS gave personal guarantee with broker fees from deal coming due at time loans were to be repaid and lied about this too.

@xspectDS refused to come up with payment plan with lawyers. He instead said he has right to contest the loans.

@xspectDS did first ask Bob to mediate instead of lawyers, but now asked the head of his software team to do it, but I will not negotiate with someone being paid by him at this time.

Of course I am not happy with current progress, but I am publicly exposing lies for the purpose of protecting others from what I experienced.

I said I am not listening to my lawyer in the civil case, because I am moving to file separately due to @xspectDS not being civil and working with his lawyers.

I did put information out to reveal the truth of the underpinnings of the company as well as deceptive practices that should be known to the community.

Whatever documents I released is fair game.

I did not break any privacy laws. I had a significant personal relationship with @xspectDS and it is within my right to speak to his relations as it is their right to speak to me.

I did say I had tokens, I repeated this several times. Shut the hell up about this already.

I never agreed there is a contract for the tokens. There isn’t one.

@xspectDS has repeatedly said the project was completely self funded after my investment. What Bob said was correct, he introduced me to the team as an investor, but he publicly only acknowledged this once from what I have now learned on one space call later in this year.

I did say immediately that I sold the tokens and had help.

I said I asked specifically to retain the price as much as possible, there was a time it dropped 30% but from what I understand this was happening before and after any of my sales as @xspectDS and others were dumping.

I have not filed the criminal case, I have recently only retained the lawyer for that case.

I have asked many times for a breakdown of money raised and spent to understand valuation of company because I was considering equity. No financial statements were ever provided.

I stated that only the first three people shown in the original team were actually members all the remaining did not contribute and were mainly fictional characters, that is true information provided by someone present at the time.

My other investments have no bearing on this one… man you love getting into my business🤣

No there is no accounting that explains expenditure of over 12+ million dollars including my loans. And there is no excuse blowing money on lavish vacations on a repeated basis while being in debt to me with defaulted loans. He simultaneously lied he didn’t have money to feed his son. Come on, for eff’s sake!
